Overview

The Area Leader Overview page is the landing tile of the Area Leader view — a quick read on the agents you mentor as an area leader, with headline numbers, charts, and recent activity.

Header

Across the top: the title My Area Leader View, plus an Area Leader badge if you have mentored agents. Underneath, the date the area roster was created.

An Export CSV button on the right pulls the data into a spreadsheet.

Headline metrics

Four metric tiles:

• Active Agents — how many on your roster are active.

• Units — total transaction units.

• Volume — total dollar volume across all transactions.

• Velocity — average transactions per month across the roster.

Click any tile to jump to the matching page.

Below the metrics

• Monthly Performance chart — area chart of recent volume.

• Celebrations & Milestones — birthdays and anniversaries across your agents.

• Recent Sales Highlights — standout closings.

• Kudos — quick recognition cards.

• Active Agents list — the first eight agents, with overflow count. Click a name to open their profile in this view.

• Recent Transactions — the last ten across the roster. Click any one to open it.

If you don't have mentored agents

The page shows a friendly empty state ("You don't have any mentored agents") and the rest of the area leader view is unavailable.
