Volume

The Volume page is the financial deep-dive on your brokerage roster — total volume, unit counts, agent contributions, and month-over-month trends. Available to brokers who manage at least one agent.

Date filter

A date-range picker next to the page title lets you filter every metric on the page. Pick 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, a specific calendar year, or All time (the default).

Headline metrics

Four KPI tiles across the top:

• Total Volume
• Total Units (with the underlying transaction count)
• Average per Unit
• Average per Active Agent

If at least two months of performance data exist, you'll also see a monthly growth percentage indicator with an up or down arrow.

Visualizations

• Volume Trend chart — a multi-color gradient area chart showing monthly volume over time.
• Volume Contribution ring — a donut showing the top five contributing agents plus an "Others" slice for everyone else.
• Top Performers list — the five highest-volume agents, alongside the contribution ring.

Export

The Export CSV button at the top-right pulls the volume data — including per-agent contributions — to a spreadsheet for deeper analysis.
