Every Epique agent gets professional, production-ready logos — black, white, and gold variants of the primary mark, the lockup with "Realty" wordmark, and the Power lineup — plus the master vector files designers and printers need, and embroidery files for shirts, hats, and apparel. The Marketing Resources page is your one-stop download.

Two cards at the top of the page:

  • Branding Guidelines — opens the official Epique branding PDF: spacing, colour usage, do's and don'ts. Use this any time you're not sure how to lay out the logo for a specific medium.
  • Download Marketing Collateral (U.S. only) — opens a Google Drive folder of additional U.S.-specific brand assets.

Three logo families

The page is split into three sections. Each logo is shown as a tile with a thumbnail you can click to download the PNG. Below each section, additional buttons get you the production files (vector EPS, embroidery DST/SVG).

Epique Realty Logos

The clean, primary mark. Three PNGs at no background:

  • Black Logo — for use on white or light backgrounds.
  • White Logo — for use on dark or coloured backgrounds.
  • Gold Logo — for use on neutral backgrounds when the brand calls for the gold treatment.

One production button: Get Vector Version (EPS) — opens the master vector file in Google Drive.

Epique Realty Logos with "Realty" Text

The same three colour variants of the logo, locked up with the "Realty" wordmark. Use these when the context needs the full brand name (signage, business cards, letterheads).

Two production buttons:

  • Get Vector Version (EPS) — for designers and printers.
  • Get Embroidery Version (DST) — for embroidered apparel (shirts, hats, jackets).

Power Logos

The Epique Power lineup — three colour variants (black, white, gold) for the Power brand specifically.

Two production buttons:

  • Get Vector Version (EPS)
  • Get Embroidery Version (SVG)

How to download

Click anywhere on a logo tile, or use the Download / Open buttons, to open the full-size image in a new tab — your browser's "Save image" works from there. The vector and embroidery buttons open a Google Drive viewer.

Pick the right format for the medium. Use PNG for screens and casual print, EPS / vector for anything a designer or printer touches, and DST / SVG embroidery for apparel production.
