Leaderboard

The Leaderboard page ranks the agents in your brokerage roster against each other across multiple dimensions. It's where you can quickly spot your top performers and see who's neck-and-neck with whom.

Date filter

Next to the page title is a small date-range picker. Pick 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, a specific calendar year, or All time (the default). Everything below — champions and rankings — recalculates for the selected window.

Champion cards

At the top, four "champion" tiles, each showing the agent's avatar, name, and headline number. Click any tile to open that agent's profile.

• Highest Volume (gold trophy) — the agent with the most dollar volume.
• Most Active (orange flame) — the agent with the most transactions, with units and txn count.
• Fastest Closer (indigo rocket) — best velocity (transactions per month).
• Biggest Deals (green dollar) — highest average deal size.

Closest race callout

If the gap between #1 and #2 in volume is within 20%, a yellow-tinted "Closest Race" alert appears under the champions, calling out the leader, the runner-up, the dollar gap, and the percentage gap. A nudge that the lead is anyone's to take.

Sortable rankings list

Below the alert is the full ranked list. Tap any of the four sort badges at the top of the list to re-sort:

• Overall (default) — an aggregate of volume rank, deal-count rank, and velocity rank.
• Volume
• Deal Count
• Velocity

Each row in the list shows:

• The rank number — top three get gold/silver/bronze rosette icons.
• The agent's avatar and name.
• Their join date.
