The Members page is the team directory — every person on your team, plus celebrations, top performers, and quick contact actions.

Headline metrics

Four tiles across the top:

  • Active Members — currently active.
  • Inactive Members — no longer active.
  • New Members — joined in the last 30 days.
  • Team Revenue — all-time total revenue across the team. Shown only if you're the team leader.

Celebrations panel

A pink "Celebrations & Milestones" card lists upcoming and recent reasons to reach out to your teammates — birthdays, work anniversaries, first sales, and other moments. Each entry shows:

  • The member's avatar and name (clickable to their profile).
  • One or more reason rows, color-coded: birthday pink, anniversary violet, first sale yellow, others teal.
  • A status badge on each row — green "Today!", blue "in N days" (upcoming), or grey "N days ago" (recent).

Top Performers

If you're the leader and the team has top performers, the right column shows a "Top Performers" card with up to ten members ranked by total revenue. The top three get gold/silver/bronze rosette icons. Each row shows the member's name, join date, transaction count, and total revenue.

If there are no top performers but new members exist, the right column shows a "New Members" panel instead — the five most recent joins with a teal "NEW" badge.

Full members table

The full team list at the bottom. Columns:

  • Member — avatar, name, email. A small crown icon marks the team leader.
  • Role.
  • Status — active or inactive.
  • Transactions — total transaction count. Only shown if you're the team leader.
  • Contact — small mail and phone icons that open the member's email or call link directly.

The table has search and sort on every column. Click any row to open the member's profile.

The member profile

When you click into a member, you'll find:

  • Their basic info (name, email, phone, role, join date).
  • Any celebrations associated with them.
  • If you're a leader: an inline Notes field that auto-saves about a second after you stop typing — your private leader notes on that member.
  • If you're a leader: that member's recent transactions.

Use the Back to Members link to return to the table.
