Growth
The Growth page tracks how your area roster is changing over time — new agents, retention, tenure, and cohort performance.
Date filter
A date-range picker next to the page title scopes everything to 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, a specific year, or All time (default).
Four KPI tiles
- Team Size — current active roster, with how many joined this year.
- YoY Growth — percentage change in joins this year vs last year, with an up or down arrow (teal positive, red negative).
- Retention — the percentage of agents who've been on the roster a year or longer who are still active. Teal at ≥80%, yellow at 60–79%, red below.
- Avg Tenure — the average time agents have been on your roster, formatted nicely (e.g. "2y 3m").
Champion cards
Four cards spotlighting the standout members of your roster — each clickable to open their profile:
- Veteran (gold trophy) — the longest-tenured active agent.
- Newest Member (indigo sparkles) — the most recently joined agent.
- Rising Star (orange rocket) — the new agent (under 12 months) with the highest volume.
- Top Veteran (green medal) — the long-tenured agent (24+ months) with the highest volume.
Growth Timeline & Tenure Distribution
The middle row splits 8/4:
- Growth Timeline (left, larger) — a multi-color gradient area chart showing cumulative team size over the last 12 months. A momentum badge in the corner compares the last 6 months of joins against the prior 6 months.
- Tenure Distribution (right) — five bars showing how the roster splits across tenure buckets:
- 0–6 months (indigo)
- 6–12 months (violet)
- 1–2 years (pink)
- 2–3 years (orange)
- 3+ years (green)
Cohort Performance
A card showing the last four join years as cohorts. Each cohort tile lists the year (with a "Latest" badge on the most recent), member count, total volume, average volume, and average transactions per agent. Useful for asking questions like "is the 2024 class outperforming the 2023 class at the same point in their tenure?"
Agents by Tenure
At the very bottom is the full ranked list of every active agent by tenure (longest first), with rosette icons for the top three. Each row shows the agent's name, join date, tenure (formatted), and total units. Click any row to open the agent's profile.
