Major updates to the Transactions page including a new cards view with property images, anniversary tracking, client contact management, and auto-saving notes.

Your Closed Deals, Reimagined

We've completely revamped the Transactions experience with a beautiful new cards view and powerful new features to help you stay connected with past clients.

New Cards View

  • Visual Property Cards: Toggle between the classic table view and a new premium cards layout showcasing your closed deals

  • Property Images: Each transaction card displays a property image automatically fetched and cached for fast loading

  • Custom Images: Upload your own property photos to replace the default image on any transaction

  • Year Dividers: Transactions are grouped by year with elegant dividers showing your sales count per year

  • URL-Based Pagination: Page navigation now updates the URL, so you can bookmark or share specific pages

Anniversary Tracking

Never miss a client anniversary again! The transaction detail page now shows:

  • Anniversary Alerts: When a closing anniversary is within 2 weeks (past or future), a prominent banner appears

  • Smart Messaging: See "Coming Up", "Today!", or "Just Passed" with the exact number of days

  • Anniversary Badges: Cards in the listing view show a cake icon when an anniversary is near

Client Details

Keep track of your client relationships with the new Client Details section:

  • Contact Information: Store client name, email, and phone number for each transaction

  • Email Validation: Email field validates format before saving to prevent errors

  • Quick Edit: Click the edit icon to update details, with instant save confirmation

Auto-Saving Notes

  • Always Editable: Notes are now a simple textarea - no need to toggle edit mode

  • Auto-Save: Changes save automatically 1 second after you stop typing

  • Resizable: Drag the textarea to your preferred size - it remembers your preference per transaction

  • Saving Indicator: Shows "Saving..." while your notes are being saved

Additional Improvements

  • Streamlined Hero: Transaction address now displays on a single line for cleaner presentation

  • Fixed Date Display: Dates now display correctly regardless of timezone

  • Better Layout: Client details and notes moved to the hero section for easier access
