Health Care Options
Health care at Epique Realty is built differently. Every full-time and part-time agent gets a comprehensive, no-cost benefit package that includes virtual primary care, prescriptions, mental health, and 24/7 urgent care. On top of that, agents can layer in optional Healthshare coverage for the things insurance traditionally covers — hospital stays, specialists, labs, and more — at a fraction of typical insurance prices.

Your Free Agent Benefit Package
This package is included for all Epique agents — full-time and part-time — at no cost to you. It includes:
- Free Virtual Direct Primary Care — your own private physician you can call or message directly. $0 co-pays for visits.
- Free 1,000+ generic prescriptions — covering the top 95% of medicines prescribed in the United States, mailed to your door at no charge.
- Free Virtual Mental Health visits — pick from a network of licensed providers based on your needs (anxiety, stress, family counselling, and more).
- Free 24/7/365 Virtual Urgent Care — when you need a doctor outside primary-care hours, you've got one.
- Up to 80% off any other prescription not in the covered list, via a discount card you can use at your local pharmacy.

Enrollment typically takes 7–10 business days after you sign up.
Optional Healthshare Plans
The free benefit doesn't cover hospital stays, ambulance rides, MRIs, cancer care, or some specialist visits — and you should have something for those. Epique partners with Impact Health to offer Healthshare coverage at a much lower cost than traditional insurance, with three notable advantages:
- No Network Restrictions — choose your own providers.
- Low Co-Pays for specialists.
- Low Set Prices for hospital stays and similar services.

Adding family
You can add up to 6 dependents to your free benefit package — adults or children — at a deeply discounted rate:
- $20/month for the first additional person.
- $5/month for each additional person after that.
Each dependent gets the same benefits you do. To add a dependent, email [email protected] — they'll be activated on the 1st of the following month.
Privacy
Epique never sees your medical information. We don't know who your physician is, what medications you take, or what you discuss with your provider. Our role is purely to cover the cost through trusted third-party vendors. Everything stays between you and your provider.

Is this insurance? No. It's a Direct Primary Care plan, which means a 1-on-1 relationship with your own private physician. It's the way health care worked before insurance companies became the gatekeepers — and it's why visits are so much faster and more personal.
Can I see my doctor in person? Many participating physicians have local offices and offer deep discounts to existing patients for in-person visits. Epique covers all virtual visit costs; in-person visits are between you and your provider.
What if I leave Epique? The benefit is structured as a group benefit, so it ends when you leave. You can ask your provider directly about continuing on your own.
