Transactions

The Transactions page is the roster-wide transaction list, plus aggregate stats about how the deal flow breaks down across your agents.

Date filter

A date-range picker next to the page title filters every metric — pick 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, a specific year, or All time (default).

Headline metrics

Four tiles across the top:

  • Total Units — the unit count, with the underlying transaction count.
  • Total Volume
  • Transactions — the raw transaction count.
  • Active Agents — how many agents have transactions in the period.

Visualizations

  • Volume Trend — a multi-colour area chart of monthly volume.
  • Top Contributors — a diamond-shaped progress ring showing each top-five agent's share of the total units, with an "Others" slice for everyone else. The centre shows the total unit count.

Breakdown badges

Below the charts, two summary cards:

  • Transaction Types — a row of badges with the count for each transaction type (Sale, Lease, etc.).
  • Transaction Sides — a row of badges for buyer-side vs seller-side counts.

Full transactions table

At the bottom is the searchable transaction table. Each row shows the property (with a units indicator), agent, type, side, sale price, and close date. Click any row to open the transaction in your main Transactions detail view.

The Export CSV button at the top-right pulls the data to a spreadsheet.
