Velocity

The Velocity page focuses on tempo — how fast your brokerage is moving deals through the pipeline, and how that's trending.

Date filter

A date-range picker next to the page title scopes everything to 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, a specific year, or All time (default).

Four KPI tiles

• Current Velocity — average transactions per month across the period.
• Momentum — the percentage change between the last 3 months and the prior 3 months. Teal up arrow if positive, red down arrow if negative.
• Peak Month — the most transactions closed in any single month, plus which month it was.
• Total Closed — all-time transaction count.

Transaction Volume chart & companion cards

The middle row splits 8/4:

• Transaction Volume (left, larger) — a multi-colour gradient area chart of monthly transaction count, with a month-over-month change badge in the corner.
• Velocity Trend (right, top) — two horizontal bars comparing the recent 3-month average against the prior 3-month average.
• Month Extremes (right, bottom) — the best month and the slowest month side-by-side, each with their transaction count and month label.

Agent Velocity rankings

At the bottom, a card titled Agent Velocity shows the top ten agents by transactions-per-month, each as a small tile with:

• A rank — gold/silver/bronze rosette icons for the top three, plain numerals after.
• The agent's name.
• A coloured horizontal bar relative to the top performer.
• Their per-month velocity and total transaction count.
