Your Constellation

Constellation is a fun, slightly fanciful way to look at your business. Instead of charts and tables, your transactions become stars on a slowly drifting cosmos — bigger and brighter for the bigger deals, clustered together when you've worked the same city repeatedly. It's a celebration of your portfolio, with the spaceship vocabulary as part of the charm.

The map

The main panel is your star map. Each star is a closed transaction. Hover or tap a star to see which property it represents and a few of its details. The whole scene gently animates over time — partly because it looks nice, partly because it gives a sense of scale.

The sidebar stats

To the right of the map you'll see a small column of summary stats with playful, sci-fi labels:

  • Stars Charted — how many transactions are on the map.

  • Portfolio Volume — the total dollar volume those transactions represent.

  • Gravity Class — a friendly label that tries to characterize the weight of your portfolio.

  • Orbits and Light-Years — abstract distance/motion stats. They're for fun.

  • Stellar Census — a small breakdown of your portfolio by classification, with a count of how many fall into each.

Leaderboard

Below the map, a Leaderboard shows how you rank across the company in several categories — Gravity, Orbits, Light-Years, Constellations, Largest Constellation, Luminosity. If you appear in any of those rankings, your row is highlighted in gold so it's easy to spot.

Insights

Further down, the Insights panel reads like a short narrative — a series of "chapters" that look at patterns in your data: which city you've been most efficient in, how your sales break down by tier, that sort of thing. It only renders chapters that actually apply to your portfolio, so what you see depends on what's in your transactions.

Ephemeris

At the bottom is the Ephemeris — a series of small spotlight cards that highlight standout moments:

  • Supernova — your biggest-commission deal.

  • Constellation — the city you've closed in the most.

  • Comet — your most recent close, if it was within the last 45 days.

  • Eclipse — two closes that landed within a week of each other.

  • Orbit — your longest-tenured deal, if it's at least a year old.

  • Meteor shower — your busiest calendar month.

Like the insights, only the spotlights that apply to your portfolio show up. If you're brand new and don't have many transactions yet, you'll see fewer of them — they fill in as you close more deals.
