Recruiting
The Recruiting tab on your Dashboard is where you see your downline — every agent you've recruited, plus everyone they've recruited, all the way down. It's the people side of your revenue share.
The headline numbers
Across the top of the tab you'll see four metric cards:
Total Members — how many people are in your downline overall, and what percentage of them are currently active.
Active Members — agents in your downline who are actively producing.
Licensed Members — how many of your downline have an active licence, with the percentage.
New Recruits — agents added during the current period.
Breakdown by Level
Below the metrics is a card titled Breakdown by Level. Your downline is organized by levels — Level 1 is people you personally recruited, Level 2 is people they recruited, and so on. The card shows each level with its member count, a progress bar (active members out of total at that level), and how many are licensed.
The four sub-tabs
At the bottom of the page is a section labelled Time Period Analysis. It contains four sub-tabs that slice your downline data different ways:
Overview
The default. Shows four production metrics for your downline as a whole — Total Transactions, Total Commission, Avg Per Member, and Productivity Rate — plus two side-by-side cards:
Recent Activity — a timeline of the latest transactions closed by people in your downline, with amounts.
Top Performers — a small leaderboard of the five highest performers by commission, including their level, name, transaction count, and total commission.
Hierarchy
Renders your downline as an interactive tree. Each direct report is shown as a card you can expand to see their recruits, and so on. Useful when you want a structural view rather than just the numbers.
At the top of the hierarchy view you'll find:
An Expand All / Collapse All toggle.
Three filter pills: All, Active, Inactive, with counts. Filtering keeps the tree intact — if a parent doesn't match the filter but a descendant does, the parent is still shown so you can navigate down to them.
A small "showing X of Y" counter so you always know how the filter is affecting what you see.
Performance
A more detailed view of your downline's productivity, with growth trends over time so you can see whether your downline is heating up, cooling off, or steady.
Commissions
The commission tracking view — focused specifically on the dollars your downline has earned and how it's been distributed.
The whole tab uses a 12-month rolling timeframe. If you ever want the underlying data in a spreadsheet, the dashboard's Export CSV button will pull it for the active sub-tab.
