Signing In
Epique uses a magic-link sign-in. There's no password to remember — you enter your email, we send you a one-time link, you click it, you're in. That's it.
Step by step
Go to my.epique.cloud/login.
Enter the email address Epique has on file for you and click Send magic link.
Check your inbox for a message with the subject "Your Login Link". It typically arrives within a minute.
Click the Log In button in the email. It opens a confirmation page that greets you by your first name.
Click Log in to Epique on that page, and you'll land on your Dashboard.
Things worth knowing
Links expire after 15 minutes. If yours expired, just request a new one — it takes a second.
Each link is one-time use. Once you've clicked it, it can't be reused, which is why the experience is secure even though there's no password.
If you don't see the email, check your junk folder and add Epique to your safe senders so future links land in your inbox.
Sessions stick around. Once you've signed in, you'll stay signed in on that device until you log out — you won't have to do the magic-link dance every time.
The login page always says "If your email exists, we'll be sending you a magic link within the next minute" — even when the email isn't on file. That keeps the form from being used to fish for valid addresses. If your link doesn't arrive, double-check the spelling and make sure you're using the address Epique has on file for you.
Signing out
Click your avatar (or your name, on wider screens) in the top-right corner of any page, then click Log out at the bottom of the drop-down. You'll be returned to the public landing page, and your session ends immediately.
