Revenue Share

Overview

Epique's Revenue Share program pays you a percentage of the company's commission on transactions closed by agents you've brought to Epique. This page explains how it works, what you earn, when you get paid, and what happens to your revenue share over time.

How It Works

When an agent you recruited closes a transaction, Epique earns a company dollar from that transaction. Epique shares 10% of that company dollar with you — and this extends up to five levels deep in your downline.

You do not need to be involved in the transaction. Revenue share is earned automatically based on your recruiting relationships.

Your Downline

Your downline is made up of five levels:

Level 3	Agents your Level 2 recruits brought in
Level 4	Agents your Level 3 recruits brought in
Level 5	Agents your Level 4 recruits brought in

You earn 10% of the company dollar on transactions from agents at all five levels.

Power Award agents earn 20% on Level 1 while they maintain Power Award status. Levels 2–5 remain at 10%.

What You Earn

Revenue share is calculated from Epique's portion of the commission — the company dollar — not from the agent's portion. It is paid on transactions where the recruited agent has paid into a commission split.

Revenue share is not paid on:

Personal transactions
Transactions where the recruited agent has already capped

When You Get Paid

Revenue share is paid on the 15th of each month for all transactions that closed the previous calendar month. Payment is sent electronically via ACH to the account you have on file.

If the 15th falls on a weekend, holiday, or bank closure, payment is still sent on the 15th but may be delayed slightly due to banking processing times.

It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date. Notify Epique of any account changes before the next payment date.

Eligibility

To receive revenue share you must:

Be an active agent in Good Standing with Epique
Be current on your monthly technology fee and any other outstanding balances
Be current on any applicable Association fees or MLS dues

If you owe Epique money in a given month, revenue share will not be paid that month until your account is current.

To be credited as someone's sponsor, the joining agent must enter your name in their application at the time they apply. Sponsorship cannot be changed after the fact — there are no exceptions to this rule.

If no sponsor is named when the application is submitted, no one receives credit for that recruit. Help your recruits fill out their application to make sure your information is entered correctly.

What Happens If a Recruit Leaves

If an agent in your downline leaves Epique, their spot in your downline does not disappear. Epique holds that position so your remaining levels stay intact. Your downline structure does not shift when someone leaves.

Vesting

Revenue share vests after 36 months — both you and the recruited agent must have been with Epique for a minimum of 36 months for that revenue stream to be considered vested.

Once a revenue stream is vested, you can leave Epique voluntarily and continue receiving revenue share from that stream.

If you leave before a stream is vested, only vested streams continue. Non-vested streams are forfeited upon voluntary separation.

Situation	What Happens
You leave voluntarily	Vested streams continue. Non-vested streams are forfeited.
You are terminated by Epique	All revenue share — vested and non-vested — is forfeited.
You join a competing brokerage	All revenue share ends immediately, including vested streams.
You pass away or become permanently incapacitated while in Good Standing	Your entire revenue share stream — vested and non-vested — may pass to a named beneficiary and becomes fully vested at that time.

Attempting to manipulate, stack, or game the revenue share system in any way is grounds for immediate termination. This includes falsifying information, coordinating efforts to obscure downline data, or finding and exploiting loopholes. Epique reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of any funds lost due to manipulation.

After You Leave

If you voluntarily terminate your sponsorship, you may not recruit Epique agents to another brokerage for 30 days following your termination date.
