Equity Incentive Program
Overview
The Equity Incentive Program gives you the option to use a portion of your earned commission to purchase Epique, Inc. stock at a discount. This page explains how the program works, how to enrol, and what happens to your shares if you leave.
How It Works
When you enrol, you authorize Epique to set aside up to 10% of your net Contractor Dollar from eligible transactions. That amount is used to purchase Epique stock on your behalf at a discounted price.
Discount: 20% below the current quarterly assessed valuation of Epique, Inc. common stock
Minimum threshold: Shares are issued once your accumulated allocation reaches at least $250
Issue date: Shares are issued on the last trading day of the month in which your accumulated allocation hits $250 or more
Custody: All shares are held in an account created in your name
Eligibility
All agents in Good Standing with Epique are eligible to participate. Good Standing means your account is current with no past-due fees or outstanding balances.
Enrolling
To participate, complete the Equity Incentive Program election form. You can find it in the Forms Repository on the wiki or in Epique Cloud.
You may elect to allocate either 5% or 10% of your net Contractor Dollar toward stock purchases.
Canceling Participation
To cancel your participation, send written notice to [email protected] at least 30 days before the next scheduled issue date. Cancellations submitted after that window will take effect the following month.
If You Leave Epique
If you offboard from Epique and request a refund of shares purchased through this program, the following applies:
Refunds are processed no earlier than 180 days after your official offboard date
Refund requests must be submitted in writing following company procedures
The refund amount is subject to program terms, applicable deductions, and any limitations set by the board or applicable securities laws
No refund request is valid unless submitted in writing
Associated Costs
Ownership of purchased shares may come with third-party costs, including fees from a stockbroker or financial services provider of your choosing. These are not typical but can occur.
Tax Responsibility
You are responsible for any tax liability that arises from participating in this program, receiving shares, or any transactions related to your investment. Epique recommends consulting a financial or tax adviser before enrolling.
