Manage Your Photos

The Manage Photos page is where you fine-tune the source photos that the AI uses for your headshots. Access it from the Photoshoot page by clicking the Update Source Photos button in the header.

Active photos vs. trashed photos

The page has two zones:

• Active at the top — what the AI is currently using.

• Trashed at the bottom (collapsible) — photos you've removed from the active set but haven't permanently deleted yet.

You can drag a photo from one zone to the other. Drag a photo down to trash it; drag a trashed photo back up to restore it.

Limits to know

• Minimum 4 active photos. The page will warn you if a trash action would drop you below — the AI needs at least four to do its thing.

• Maximum 30 active photos. If you upload more, the extras are skipped (a toast tells you how many).

• 10 MB max per file for uploads.

Adding photos

The page has the same upload zone as the Photoshoot landing view. Drag and drop, or click to pick files. New uploads go into Active.

Bulk actions

• Trash All — moves every active photo into the trashed zone in one click.

• Empty Trash — permanently deletes all trashed photos. A confirmation modal asks for a final OK before it's gone.

Classification toggle

The page has a Woman / Man classification toggle. Switching it saves immediately and is what the AI uses to bias the look of the generated headshots.
