Your Transactions
The Transactions page is the ongoing record of every closed transaction Epique has on file for you — going back as far as your tenure with us. It's also the jumping-off point for the rich detail page on each one (notes, contacts, financials, photos).
Card view vs. table view
You'll land in Card view by default. Each transaction is a tile with the property's street-view image, the sale price, the address, the location, and the transaction type and side. A small label at the bottom of the image shows the closing date.
If you'd rather see everything in a row-by-row spreadsheet, hit the Table toggle in the top right (the icon next to "Card"). Table view shows ID, Property, Sale Price, Close Date, Type, and Side. Click any row or card to drill into the transaction.
Your choice between cards and table is remembered on your device — you'll come back to whichever view you used last. On phones the table view automatically renders as compact cards because table rows would be too cramped.
Year groupings
In Card view, your transactions are grouped under year dividers — 2026, 2025, etc. — with a small "X sale(s)" tally next to each year. It's a quick visual of how the years stack up.
Search and pagination
Search — in Table view, a search field at the top filters by address and other transaction fields.
Pagination — Card view shows 12 transactions per page with Previous/Next buttons at the bottom. The page number is in the URL (e.g.
?page=3), so you can bookmark or share an exact spot.Sorting — in Table view, click any column header to sort. Cards always come pre-sorted newest-first by closing date.
Anniversary cake
If a transaction's closing anniversary is within two weeks (before or after), a small cake icon appears in the top left of its card. Hover the icon for the exact day count. On the day itself, the badge turns gold. It's a friendly nudge to reach out to that client — anniversaries are some of the easiest, most reliable touchpoints in real estate.
Exporting
The Export CSV button in the top right downloads every transaction we have for you in a single spreadsheet (it doesn't pause at your current page). Useful for taxes, year-end recaps, or feeding numbers into your own analysis.
The page does two fetches in the background — one for the cards on your current page, and one big one to power the export button — so the export may take a moment to be ready right after you load the page. Once it's ready, the button lights up.
