Single Transactions

Click any transaction from the list and you'll land on its detail page. This is the most data-rich view of a single deal in the app — financial breakdown, related people, notes, contact info, and a property image you can replace.

The hero section

At the top of the page:

  • A Back link returns you to the transactions list.

  • The property image on the left. If we have one (typically a street-view image), you'll see it. Otherwise you'll see a placeholder with a house icon.

  • A small upload button bottom-right of the image lets you replace it with your own (PNG, JPEG, or WebP). If you've uploaded a custom image, a delete button appears next to upload — clicking it removes your custom and reverts to the default.

  • The full address as the page title.

Anniversary banner

If the closing anniversary of this transaction is within two weeks — before or after — you'll see a banner with a cake icon under the title. It calls out which anniversary is coming up (e.g. "3rd anniversary coming up!"), the date, and how many days away (or how many days ago) it is. On the day itself, the banner shifts wording to "today!".

Client details

Below the title is a Client Details card. It's empty by default — click the small pencil icon in the top-right to start filling it in. You can add:

  • Name

  • Email (validated when you click out of the field)

  • Phone

Click the green check to save or the red X to cancel. Once saved, the values display with their icons and you can edit again any time.

Notes

Underneath Client Details is a Notes field — a multi-line textarea you can type freely into. It saves automatically about a second after you stop typing — you'll see a small "Saving..." indicator when it's writing. You can drag the bottom-right corner of the textarea to make it taller, and the size you pick is remembered for that specific transaction.

Financial Details

The left column below the hero shows the financial details at a glance:

  • Sale Price

  • Your Commission (your net)

  • Epique Commission (the company portion)

  • Transaction Fee

  • Closing Date

  • Units — usually 1, but less if the transaction was split (e.g. 0.5 means a 50% credit).

People

The right column shows up to three related-person cards, depending on what's on the transaction:

  • Broker — your broker's name, email, and phone number.

  • Mentor / Area Leader — your mentor or area leader on this deal, with the same contact info.

  • Referral — the referral source's name and the referral amount, if any.

Insights

At the bottom of the right column is an auto-generated Insights card. It picks up to three observations about this transaction based on its data:

  • Your commission rate compared to your average (better or worse).

  • Whether you were on the buyer or seller side.

  • Whether a referral fee was paid, and what percentage of your commission it represented.

  • Whether the sale was high-value (over $1M).

  • Whether the transaction was split (units less than 1).

If none of those flags fire, the card defaults to a friendly "completed successfully" line. The insights are read-only — they're a quick at-a-glance summary, not something you configure.
