Your Team, Your Dashboard
We've built an entirely new Teams experience from the ground up. Your team now has its own dedicated dashboard - just like "My Epique" gives you your personal workspace, "My Team" is your team's home base.
Switch to Your Team View
Look for "My Team" (or "My Teams" if you're on multiple) in the view switcher at the top of the sidebar. Click it to enter your team's dedicated workspace with its own navigation menu.
Ten New Pages
Your team dashboard includes a full suite of pages organized into sections:
Overview
A landing page with team stats, recent activity, top performers, and upcoming celebrations all in one place
People
Members: Your full roster with stats, contact info, and quick access to individual profiles
Leaderboard: See who's leading in volume, transactions, and other key metrics
Money
Revenue: Track total team production with trends and breakdowns
Transactions: Browse every team transaction in a searchable, sortable table
Data
Performance: Deep analytics on team metrics over time
Velocity: Understand how quickly deals move from contract to close
Growth: Monitor team expansion and production trends
Planning
Goals: Track team objectives and progress
Member Profiles
Click any team member to open their full profile page. You'll see:

Celebrations & Milestones
Never miss an opportunity to recognize your team. The new celebrations system automatically highlights:
Birthdays: Team members with upcoming birthdays
Work Anniversaries: Celebrate years of service with the brokerage
First Sale: When someone closes their first transaction, it's a big deal - now you'll know about it
Celebrations appear on the Overview, the Members page, and on individual member profiles.
Team Leader Notes
Team leaders now have private notes on each member's profile. Add context, reminders, or coaching notes that only you and other team leaders can see. Notes save automatically as you type.
