This page explains what happens when a team member leaves a team, how to move between teams, and what the rules are around each situation.
Leaving a Team
Any team member may leave a team and transition to independent agent status at any time.
How to Leave
Provide written notice to your Team Leader
Send a copy of that written notice to [email protected]
Review your Team Agreement for any additional terms or obligations that apply to your exit
Epique will process your removal from the team within applicable platforms upon receipt of your notice.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms in your Team Agreement before leaving.
Moving Between Teams
Team members may leave their current team and join a different team a maximum of one time.

All internal agent attraction guidelines apply when evaluating a team change request
After transferring to a new team, you may not transfer to another team or return to your original team
You may, however, transition to independent agent status at any time
What Happens to Your Cap and Fees
When you leave a team and transition to independent agent status, your cap and fee structure revert to standard individual agent rates:
Cap: Your individual declining cap based on your anniversary year
Monthly technology fee: $149/month
When you join a new team, the cap and fee structure of that team type applies.
Team Leader Leaving or Dissolving a Team
If a team leader leaves Epique or dissolves the team, team members should contact [email protected] to determine next steps for their individual status and any active team agreements.
